Thomas Raw found guilty on an indictment for being found at large in the Kingdom having been tried at the Essex Lent 1744 Assizes for breaking into the dwelling house of Benjamin Long in the parish of Halstead on

2nd September 1743 and stealing therefrom for which he received sentence of transportation.
